GENDER

It develops competencies in men and women so that they do not repeat traditional canons and construct new conditions that tend to equality and equality between people.

With constructive participation, the intention is to include women in the decision-making process that affects them. It is a question of promoting the participation of the actors in their capacity as citizens and citizens with civil, social, political, economic, environmental, sexual and reproductive rights and not as mere passive beneficiaries of welfare policies.

Gender is developed from citizens' competences in the area of ​​sexuality education. It assumes women, girls and young women in their capacity as full citizens: it recognizes them as valid actors to identify their needs and interests and seeks to create channels of authentic communication with them and promote conditions that enable them to exercise their rights mainly sexual and reproductive rights.

It recognizes the capacity of men to reflect critically on inherited cultural behaviors and to propose alternative relations and attitudes that are inclusive and respectful of difference. It promotes the possibility of developing masculinity from democratic values ​​and principles.
